About Betty:
Betty was found wandering the streets with a collar and leash attached, but no tags or microchip. Unfortunately her finder could not keep her, and we could not locate her owners. So now it’s time to find this friendly girl a new home. According to her finder, who held on to her for a few weeks, Betty was great with his newborn and other dog. She has also been very well-behaved at our Haven. She is quiet, keeps her kennel clean, looks forward to walks, and enjoys a snuggle with volunteers and staff on her bed. She is great with women, but initially shy with men. But don’t worry, she gets over it quickly with a few yummy treats, calm voice, and patience. If you’re looking for a lab mix but a little smaller than the average lab, Betty is your girl!
