About Chloe:
Chloe is a 3 year old German Shepherd who is a bit on the dainty side. She is a little nervous here at the shelter but doesn’t let it hinder her from making new friends — she is very sweet to every human she meets and thinks she is supposed to be a lap dog. She does this funny thing where she will lie in your lap, but only with her front end – her bum sticks up in the air! Chloe seems to do ok with cats but is selective on what dogs she decides are friends and which are foe. Chloe enjoys chewing on bones bust hasn’t quite figured out what other toys are yet. She loves to be pet and demands the attention of anyone who walks by. She should go to a home without young children as she is mouthy – she doesn’t bite or leave marks of any sort, but she does mouth arms and hands when being petted. Chloe came to us from a neglectful situation when she was found to have her collar embedded in her neck — it is all healed up not and doesn’t seem to have left her with any long lasting trauma.
