About Cash:

Cash had a very rough and disturbing start in life and needs somebody to give him a chance at a do-over.  He was adopted as a puppy into what turned out to be an abusive home, and unfortunately, a family member liked to use the shock collar on him for fun while drinking.  We don’t really need to say much more other than despite how he was treated, this dog wants to love and trust people with all of his heart.  Cash is a young, energetic, and very sweet boy who likes to play tug with his rope toy, peacefully chews on his bone, and loves going on quiet walks.  He has done really well meeting new people of all ages, and seems fine with both women and men.

Cash’s perfect family must have patience and time to help him through some anxiety issues that have to do with being confined and separated from his people.  As such, we feel he would thrive in a home where he is not left alone for long stretches of time.
