About Carmen:
Carmen started her life living on a chain outside until her former woke up and smelled the coffee realizing that was no life for a dog — rather than taking Carmen inside, they surrendered her to a shelter. Carmen is EXTREMELY sweet and loves everyone. She gives kisses and likes to be in your lap. She comes when called, and gets excited to be leashed waiting for this walk will take her. She is all smiles and tail wags now but was really scared when she first arrived at our Haven. Carmen LOVES chewing the thinner nylabones and playing with water bottles.
