About Porkchop:

  • Porkchop is a stunning rottweiler who is guaranteed to turn some heads when out on walks with his new family.
  • He is also a big, sensitive baby who enjoys snuggling and belly rubs. He also enjoys playing and wants to run around in the yard with his human pals. He bonds very closely with his people, very quickly.
  • He is a leaner who will lean into you for love when you are petting him
  • Porkchop does well with other dogs
  • He is potty trained, knows his basic commands, rides well in the car, and is very motivated to make you happy!
  • Porkchop does slink away a bit with fast movements so may have had a rough past … he has not shown any aggressive tendencies at all. He is ok with his food bowl being taken away and while he does get protective of his toys, he chooses to hold them tightly or carry them off instead of growl or bite.
  • Porkchop has been around young children with no issue but because of his size and dislike for sharing his toys, he would do best with respectful older children or teenagers.
  • Porkchop was displaced in Louisiana after the summer hurricane disasters.
